OBJECTIVE
The brand had experienced strong online growth during Covid thanks to the sale of popular face masks.
Post covid, the challenge was to mirror this growth in the clothing sales online and convert masks
customers into clothing customers.
• Full redesign of the Shopify website by briefing and monitoring the work of an external agency. Prior to this work, an in-depth audit and competition analysis had been conducted to identify growth opportunities and weaknesses of current site and draft specifications accordingly for the agency
• Launch Paid digital channels: Paid Search, Paid Social and Google Shopping campaigns
• Organic Social Audit - providing recommendations to the in-house team to improve organic social KPIs
• Email: Review of all automated email flows to ensure they contribute efficiently to re-engage database subscribers and website visitors
• Online clothing sales achieving ambitious sales growth targets right after relaunch of the site and implementation of the marketing campaigns
• Paid Social campaigns (IG, FB) fuelling acquisition and contributing to the growth substantially
• Paid Search and Shopping campaigns delivering lower funnel strategy as well as product range discovery with a high ROAS
